Year 6 Transition Week

This week we are going to be thinking about your transition to Secondary School.

There will be activities to complete that will hopefully prepare you and give you chance to consider any queries and questions you have. Each day there is a range of tasks, some of which you need to use the PowerPoints at the bottom of the page. These tasks are marked with PP. If you cannot access the video through the Powerpoint, there is a document for you to click on each link.

You may want to print off the work book to complete each task, but you can also write your ideas in your own workbook or on paper.

During this week, we would advise you to have a look a your Secondary School's transition pages as they will also have information and activities for you to look at.

Only 2 weeks left of Junior School! Have fun!

Because each class is at home on different days, we have set the work out for each class separately. Please check you are following your own class's timetable.
