Spelling Zone
All of our children have a spelling book in school which is used in their weekly spelling lesson. This will contain any word lists the children have been asked to learn and will be used to test the children regularly.
Spelling homework is set each week based on learning covered in the lesson. This can be accessed on Spelling Shed. Children must complete at least 3 sessions during the week. If children require a paper copy of the homework or they have forgotten their log in details, please send the class teacher a message via Class Dojo.
We ask parents to support their children in learning and practising these words to help them become familiar with the many spelling rules and conventions they will come across.
